Clear Skin

Donna

When I was in middle school, my mom took me to a dermatologist for a solution to resolve acne. I asked the doctor if what I ate was related to my complexion. The answer was, "No, there is no connection." Funny. Anytime I ate pork, my skin broke out within a few days. Now, if I eat something with bits of bacon (restaurants love putting bacon on salad for some reason!) within two hours I see a reaction on my skin. I'm sure others have experienced skin reactions to food in the form of acne. If your interest is improving complexion eliminate skin-reaction foods and

focus on foods rich in vitamins A, C, D, E, phosphorous, sulfur, carotenoids, lycopene, omega fatty acids, DHA as well as liver support foods.
