Mother's Day Treat!

Watermelon-Strawberry Smoothie

1 1/2 cups watermelon (seeds removed)

1 cup strawberries

1/2 medium banana

1/2 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk

1 T chia or hemp seeds

Blend until smooth

Optional - Add 1 cup crushed ice and blend again
